Well my attempts to keep Woody safe from the outdoors has failed. For those of you who aren't privileged to know this little trouble maker, he is an indoor cat and loves to dart out the door at any given opportunity. After catching him trying to cuddle up to a possum my idea of keeping him exclusively indoors was confirmed a must. Well, he managed to escape yet again a few weeks ago and managed to get a wound bad enough to require stitches. Unfortunately we left the vet with a possibility of paying $700 to fix him up. I was shocked, that's 2 car payments!!! Luckily we now a wonderful Veterinarian up in Spokane who really came through for us and offered to sew him up. The catch... a 12 hour drive in 1 day. We spent the night and made the trip back the next morning but it was so worth it. So here he is flaunting his stylish headgear for the next 2 weeks until he gets his stitches out. Its quite funny to watch this normally high wired cat wobble around the hallways.

How cute. Our cats don't like to go outside at all. I think it may have to do with a bee they ran into. They hobbled around our house for days with that too. Those pumpkin pictures are super cute.

whoa $700 is a lot to spend on a cat!! I say the next time he darts out the door then let him leave heheh JK Looks like you guys are doing good. Payton is getting so big. She is a cutie!!
I saw your blog through Jen Cooper's- your poor little kitty! Vet bills can be so high; you were so lucky to have that person in Spokane. :) Your kitty is very cute!!
