An Apple A Day....

While I wash dishes I usually set Peyton on the counter next to me and she helps me turn the faucet on, splash water, make a mess etc. The other day I was loading the dish washer and turned around to see that Peyton had snatched an apple from our fruit bowl and was munching away. A whole apple skin and all. It was so funny to see her eating an apple as we big kids do. Usually I think I must peal the skin and cut perfect little squares to prevent her from choking....now just hand the kid a whole apple and she's a happy camper.
