HAPPY BIRTHDAY PEYTON

February 13th

Well today our little girl is 1 year old. I cant believe how fast this day has come. Peyton has grown so much these last few months. She has 4 molars that have been working there way down, she learned to crawl and shortly after took her first steps. She has learned to say momma, dadda, baba, whats that, circle, uhoh, tickle tickle, and hello (sort of). She is starting to learn her shapes hence why she can say circle. My new favorite game with her is to turn her 5 flash cards with shapes on them right side down and ask her to find the circle. She proceeds to go to each one turning them over until she finds the circle. When she does she holds it up, smiles, and then claps. She's a genius I tell you. Its so adorable. She also loves to dance. Her favorite song being Billy Jean by Michael Jackson. She loves to stand up and sway to the beat. Her favorite food is ravioli and any type of fruit and she loves to try and feed herself with her big girl fork and spoon. During playtime you'll usually find her trying to take everything out of her play bins and then carefully putting each item back in. Then occasionally she'll just throw everything over her shoulder as fast as she can. She's also has learned to give the best hugs. She'll squeeze you as hard as she can and then finish by giving you a good ol' pat on the back. This has been one of the best years of my life and I am so excited for the years to come.
