We were invited by some friends of ours on a little camping excursion and decided it would be a great opportunity to take Peyton along for her first camp trip. After a long drive and about 2 miles of trying not to throw up from the curvy road we finally arrived. We camped at Lost Lake Campground which has an amazing view of Mt. Hood. Peyton did amazingly well and some how managed to dodge the mosquitoes which ate some of us alive. On Saturday we hiked up Lost Lake Butte which is only about 4 miles to the top and back. The views from the top were breath taking. I was glad we had clear weather to experience it. Thank you to those who invited us...it was a blast!
