This Christmas while over in Bend visiting with family, Trevor had planned a day for him and I to go see Clear Lake. When we got there he told me not only were we there to see the lake but we had reservations for the night as well. I was shocked! The first thing I thought was, oh no, I have no change of clothes, no toothbrush, and what am I going to sleep in. Of course he had thought of everything and had already packed my overnight bag along with games and dinner. We spent the day hiking around the lake and enjoyed some much needed time to ourselves. The cabin was so adorable and was thankfully heated!! The next day we slept in then headed to one of the nearby waterfalls that was absolutely amazing. I have never seen a waterfall with so much power. The surrounding trees were covered in snow and icicles and the ground was also covered in a fresh layer of snow. It was breath taking!!! I'm so lucky to have such a thoughtful guy for my husband.
