Merry Christmas!!

We had such a wonderful Christmas this year, though very busy, we were excited to be able to make it to all of our family celebrations. Christmas Eve day we had a visit from my mom, step dad, and brother Dane. They drove out from Bend just for the Holidays. They brought Peyton a huge toy chest that my step dad made by hand which also had an engraved plaque that read Peyton Diane Janeck she was very excited. We had a great visit with them and by 1:00 we were headed to our next destination. My Grandma Harp decided to have Christmas Eve dinner at her house this year. We ate a yummy ham dinner and exchanged gifts with my dad and his family. Peyton got her first "Potty" book which I'm really excited about and I was able to add another Willow Tree figure to my collection.

After Grandma's we were headed to Trevor's parents at 4:00 for dessert and chimes. Every eve Trevor's family has had the tradition of playing chimes to Christmas songs. Its a lot of fun and Peyton was able to participate this year and did pretty well. After desert we were happy to be headed home after a long day.

Christmas morning came fast and I couldn't wait for Peyton to open her gifts! She didn't hesitate to tear open and dump out each present. Surprisingly she stopped between each gift to admire it and finished with a "OHHH!". We spent most of the day in our PJ's until we had to get ready for our last family get together. At 1:00 we were headed to my Aunt's out in Roy to celebrate Christmas Day with my mom's side of the family. We enjoyed playing games and visiting with family. I was a great Christmas and look forward to celebrating another with family next year.
